Dattilo – Konto und Daten löschen

Dattilo legt für Bestenliste und Duelle ein anonymes Konto an (Firebase Authentication). Damit verknüpft sind: die anonyme Nutzer-ID, der automatisch erzeugte Spielername, deine Punktzahlen (Heute, Allzeit, je Tipp-Sprache) und deine Duell-Ergebnisse samt Punkteverlauf.

So beantragst du die Löschung

  1. Öffne in Dattilo die Einstellungen und notiere deinen Spielernamen (z. B. „Flinker Otter 42“).
  2. Schreibe eine E-Mail an m.rus@gmx.de mit dem Betreff „Dattilo Datenlöschung“ und deinem Spielernamen.
  3. Wir löschen das anonyme Konto, alle Bestenlisten-Einträge und Duell-Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung per E-Mail.

Alle übrigen Daten (Einstellungen, Verlauf, Statistik, Fehlertasten, Kaufstatus) liegen nur auf deinem Gerät und werden beim Deinstallieren der App gelöscht. Was du tippst, verlässt dein Gerät nie. Absturzberichte (Firebase Crashlytics) enthalten keine personenbezogenen Daten und werden nach 90 Tagen automatisch gelöscht.

Dattilo – Delete your account and data

For the leaderboard and duels, Dattilo creates an anonymous account (Firebase Authentication). Linked to it are: the anonymous user ID, the automatically generated player name, your scores (today, all-time, per typing language) and your duel results including the score history.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Settings in Dattilo and note your player name (e.g. "Swift Otter 42").
  2. Email m.rus@gmx.de with the subject "Dattilo data deletion" and your player name.
  3. We delete the anonymous account, all leaderboard entries and duel data within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

All other data (settings, history, stats, weak keys, purchase status) is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. What you type never leaves your device. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) contain no personal data and are deleted automatically after 90 days.
